TCS Management works hard to ensure all maintenance requests and tenant request are handled quickly and efficiently. All requests are initiated through our tenant and landlord portals.
Create an Account
Please sign into your tenant portal or landlord portals. If you have not already created and account, please do so.
Submit A request through the Portal
Click on the maintenance tab and submit your request or concern. An agent will be assigned to you, review and follow up on your request.
Schedule an appropriate time for repairs
Schedule an appropriate time for appropriate repairs with you assigned agent.

EMERGENCY REQUESTS
Emergency requests should be handled by calling us at (215) 486-2021. This number is answered by a live person 24/7 and your call can be appropriately directed even when our office is closed.
